Sources include your submissions, website interactions, transaction and service providers, and the sources used for professional directory records. Ask about a specific listing if you need source details. We do not invite patient records or government identifiers through the builder or support forms.
Use and disclosure
Account information supports purchases, access, support, security, and record keeping. We sell selected professional records to customers. Service providers receive information needed to operate the website and fulfil orders, including live email verification before delivery.
The legal meanings of sale and sharing are broader than everyday usage. Our general notice does not override an applicable opt-out right. Publicly available information and other exceptions are assessed under the law rather than assumed to cover every record.

Access, correction, or deletion may require proportionate verification. A sale/share opt-out is not subject to the same verified-consumer-request requirement. An authorised agent can submit a request with appropriate authority. Responses follow applicable legal timelines.
Opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control have a role under California law. To locate and suppress a professional record, you can also contact us directly; a browser signal may not identify that record.
