These terms cover the ChiroOutreach list builder, purchased files, account tools, and support. Read them before placing an order. By using the service or purchasing a list, you agree to these terms, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Your account and authority
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a purchase agreement. If you order for a business, you must be authorised to act for it. Keep your account and billing details accurate, protect your sign-in details, and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
What you are selecting
ChiroOutreach sells professional contact lists associated with chiropractic practices and professionals. Fields may include names, email addresses, practice phone and fax numbers, locations, and professional details. Availability varies by record.
Builder previews are partially masked. Record totals and unique email, phone, or fax totals measure different things: several professionals may share a practice contact. A listing does not establish that a recipient agreed to receive your campaign.
Price, payment, and preparation
Review the selected filters, list description, and USD total before paying. Prices may change for future orders; a confirmed paid order retains its agreed price. Unless stated otherwise, the purchase is a one-time list purchase.
Payment must clear before delivery. We perform live email verification before delivering your purchased list. Files appear in My Downloads once preparation is complete; payment does not promise instant access. Agree any required format, deadline, or special field requirement with us before ordering.
Except where a stated remedy or applicable law requires otherwise, purchases are final once fulfilment begins. We may hold, refuse, or reverse a transaction where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or a breach of these terms.
Report an invalid record or an order mismatch
If a delivered record is invalid or your file does not match the agreed selection, contact us within seven calendar days of delivery. Include the order reference, affected records, and evidence such as dated bounce reports or a description of the mismatch.
If delivered records are confirmed invalid, we will provide replacement records or refund the amount paid for those invalid records. A monetary refund covers the affected invalid records, rather than the entire list. Send your order reference and the affected records so we can review the issue and arrange the remedy with you.
A low response rate, a sender configuration problem, or changes to contact details after delivery are not by themselves evidence of a defective order. Rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude remain unaffected.
Your licence to use a list
A purchase gives you a limited, non-transferable right to use the delivered data for lawful business activities. It does not transfer ownership of our software, branding, or protected database compilation. Resale, public publication, relicensing, or redistribution requires our written permission.
- Do not use a list for deception, impersonation, harassment, phishing, or unlawful bulk messaging.
- Do not bypass preview masking, access restrictions, or download limits, or scrape the service without permission.
- Do not use professional contact records for clinical decisions or to transmit patient information.
Outreach is your responsibility
Determine which privacy and communications rules apply to your campaign. Maintain the permissions, sender information, unsubscribe options, and suppression lists those rules require. Email verification checks email validity; it is not consent and does not guarantee inbox placement, replies, appointments, or sales.
We may suspend access when there is evidence of misuse, compromised credentials, or a material breach of these terms. Contact support if you believe an action affecting your account is mistaken.
Service limits and liability
Professional roles, practice locations, and contact details can change. We do not promise that every field is complete or remains accurate indefinitely. The delivery verification commitment and record-review process above continue to apply.
To the extent permitted by law, ChiroOutreach is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue or profit, reputational loss, business interruption, or outcomes caused by unlawful customer use or a third party. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to cover claims, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your unlawful use, unauthorised redistribution, or breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Updates will be published on this page. Check the revision date when reviewing them. Ask about unclear requirements before ordering; do not rely on a general statement as a promise of a custom delivery condition.
