ChiroOutreach sells professional contact lists. If your information is included, you can request removal or exercise an applicable sale/share opt-out. You do not need to create an account or purchase a file.
Send a clear record request
Open Contact Us and write “Do Not Sell or Share” in your message. Give your name and the email, practice name, or professional location associated with the listing. Identify the records you want reviewed and a way to reply.
Do not send a password, payment-card number, patient record, or identity document with an initial request. We need enough information to match a listing, not unnecessary sensitive details.
ChiroOutreach mailing address: PO Box 5678, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
What the request covers
A directory opt-out concerns further covered disclosures of the matched professional record. A marketing unsubscribe concerns messages sent to you; tell us if you want both. Account deletion is a different request and can use the same contact route.
We review the matched record and apply the restriction where required. Some information may be retained to honour suppression, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. A request to ChiroOutreach does not itself remove information from unrelated websites or erase every copy already held elsewhere.
California residents and agents
Where California law applies, you can opt out of covered sale or sharing without buying a service or completing the identity-verification process used for access requests. We may ask for information reasonably needed to identify the record or establish an agent’s authority.
Requests follow applicable legal timelines. Exercising a privacy right does not justify unlawful discrimination. Our California notice explains related access, correction, and deletion rights.
Browser choices and follow-up
Browser privacy controls can address certain website disclosures. They are not the same as a request identifying a professional directory record. To have a particular listing reviewed, contact us and keep your request details for follow-up.
If you already contacted us, refer to the earlier request rather than resending sensitive details. Account holders can also use Help & Support to follow up.
