ChiroOutreach helps you select professional records. You decide what to send, whom to call, and how to manage responses. These usage rules accompany the purchase terms; this page does not claim marketing-association membership, approval, or certification.
Match the message to the audience
Choose recipients because the offer relates to their professional role or practice. Explain who you are and why you are contacting them. Do not imply that ChiroOutreach, a licensing body, or the recipient’s practice endorses the message.
Check the rules for each channel
Email, telephone, text, and fax can have different restrictions. Assess the applicable rules before using each field. A professional number is not automatically permission for a marketing call or fax.
For commercial email, apply the sender-identification, truthful subject, postal-address, and opt-out requirements that apply. U.S. business-to-business email is not categorically exempt from CAN-SPAM.
Respect preferences and changes
Maintain and use suppression records. Honour applicable unsubscribe and do-not-contact requests. Do not contact someone again merely because their details appear in a later file.
We verify emails live before delivery, but an address can change afterwards. Verification is not consent, approval from your sending provider, or a promise of inbox placement.
Use and protect the file
Limit access to people handling your permitted business use. Do not publicly post the file, resell it, or transfer it outside the rights granted with your purchase. Never use it for phishing, harassment, impersonation, or patient-data exchange.
Contact us about incorrect records or questions about permitted product use. Assess your campaign’s legal basis for your own circumstances.
