Professional Data, Not Patient Records

The boundary between a chiropractor contact list and healthcare information.

Last revised: September 20, 2026

ChiroOutreach supports professional contact discovery and list purchases. It is not designed to receive, store, or exchange patient treatment information. This page explains that boundary without presenting the website as a HIPAA certification.

What a record describes

A record can describe a chiropractor or practice: name, role, practice location, and available email, phone, or fax details. It is not intended to describe a patient’s diagnosis, treatment, insurance claim, or medical history.

Live email verification before delivery checks email validity. It does not authorise use of that inbox for patient communication.

Keep patient information out of the service

  • Do not upload patient lists, clinical notes, appointment records, or insurance details to support or contact forms.
  • Do not use directory records for treatment, diagnosis, or patient-care decisions.
  • Do not assume purchasing contacts creates a business associate agreement or other healthcare-data arrangement.

HIPAA depends on parties and activity

HIPAA obligations depend on whether an organisation and its activities fall within the relevant rules for covered entities and business associates. Selling a professional contact list does not by itself demonstrate a customer’s HIPAA compliance.

If a project requires protected health information, do not submit it to this service. Obtain advice specific to the workflow before choosing a system or sharing information.

Report an accidental submission

If you believe patient information was sent to ChiroOutreach, contact us with the message or order reference. Do not copy patient details into another message. The reference helps us investigate the original submission.
